A group of 45 participants participated in the technical visit to Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd, a subsidairy of CENVIRO group at Ladang Tanah Merah, Bukit Pelandok, Port Dickson.

Participants were briefed about the operations of Kualiti Alam which comprise of Schedule Waste to Energy Plant, Secured Vertical Landfill and Clinical Waste Treatment Plant.

The participants were given toured the Environmental Preservation and Innovation Center which is erected based upon green design approach.

IEMNS thanked Mr Rizal and Ir Hazlin of Kualiti Alam for the kind hospitality and impressed with the noble approah to convert high calorific valve schedule waste to useful electricity that powers 9500 houses.

Also thank you to all the participants for taking the time to join the technical visit organized by the IEM NS branch.

More activities will be arranged for members to participate to acquire knowledge and exposure to the surrounding industries.
